Seen that "Zoolander" had never even heard ay it. LOL at Ben Stiller. 7/10. Also watched "Oceans 11" good movie. 8/10 Unfortunately then watched "Oceans 12". Absolute Tommy Rot. The millionaire prince wi` the Lake Geneva villa, huvin` a thievin` competition. 3/10 Apparently there`s an "Oceans 13" anaw FFS.... the 3rd one is good. the 2nd could be one of the worst films ever This. The 2nd one is fucking terrible.

It's no surprise that the 1st and 3rd ones get shown regularly on Sky but the 2nd one never gets an airing.

Warhorse.
7/10 - Good film, visually excellent, good acting. Lost 3 points by being a film about a horse.
The Double.
6/10 - Had potential but utlimately let down by rubbish script and Richard Geeeeere

I think I may have told this story before, but a while ago a mate of mine had to go to regular Bafta screenings. He wanted someone to go with him, and I was usually up for seeing stuff that hadn't been released yet, so would often go along. On one occasion it was Ocean's 12, and was being screened at the UGC. The film starts, and some clown has sent the wrong audio track, so there's sound from a different film playing. They apologise and everyone is asked to come back the following week. That's two nights of my life spent on that film. I sat slack-jawed in horror at what unfolded. The Julia Roberts impersonating Julia Roberts storyline made me very sad indeed. Other highlights of that period's pre-releases were Troy and the Last Samurai. I stopped agreeing to go along soon after.

signed up for netflix.
its free for the first month then £4.99 after that. Bit sparse to begin with but apparently a lot more titles to come.
certainly has enough on ity to keep you occupied for the free month at least, no contract so can dingy it at any time.
has the complete twin peaks and arrested devolopment on it so worth it for that alone if you've never seen either.

"we get the film more than normal people!" that's where I'm going tonight too. will keep you all informed if the smug audience applaud at the end. do you reckon the audience will do it? think I'm more excited about this than the film now.

I'd say she looks more like a foot than a horse. a strong, independant foot of course.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo
I've never read the books so I didn't know what to expect. As a film I can't fault it. Great acting and it looks fantastic. The story's complete nonsense though, as I should have expected from something so popular. De Vinci Code-esque bunkum.
Fucking horrendous rape scene which I thought would have sparked a few walk outs.

Had a mong fest recently and watched some pish films... Limitless - watched this the other day on Sky Movies, actually a lot better than I thought it would be - it almost made it into the decent mindless pish category but failed. Abbey Cornish looks great. 6.75/10 Real Steel - I was told that "I would love it"...Hugh Jackman is a fucking Plank. I could only bare 20 minutes before I turned it off. The couple of minutes of Evangeline Lilly were outstanding though. 3/10 X-Men First Class - Pish 5/10
