Been hammering the pear (honey roasted or raw), walnut, blue cheese and rocket salads of late. Winnar at this time of year. Figs work in place of the pears too. Total winnar Was dinner tonight in the fig version. Garlicky bruschetta was a poor thing to meld it into  |
