yeah i like the admiral...i should go to more nights in there, always a good crowd in, good to have a break from the arches which just seems to be where i go all the time. ALFOS, couple of mates have already got tickets so might go along. You do know it's a Celtic boozer? ;D i'm not that fussed...although did make a point of not going into bairds before plastikman on saturday ;D ;D long as they dont hold collections for the cause they are permitteed.

I was dissapointed with plastikman, thought it was far too quiet, the sound just got a bit lost cos the barras is sugh a big venue. Visually stunning right enough, loads of E casualties about tae ;D Weatheral was great, best night I've ever had at shitpot !

Aye, thought the sound levels were a bit low in the Barras, but was good.
Wasn't really in the mood for going out in the first place due to flu, so by the time we got to the Arches couldn't be arsed and spent most of it sitting in the cafe bar. Gaiser was enjoyable though. With hindsight probably should have went to see Andy Weatherall afterwards instead

Not if you were up the front in front of the speaker. My ears are still ringing.
How much of a cunt was the jacket queue by the way? 40 fucking minutes to put my jacket in. Three fucking useless, uninterested bam whores taking your jacket with all the speed and efficiency of a sloth that's OD'd on temazepan.

yeah though this saddened me "In 1994 people danced with each other. In 2011, we're all watching a giant TV and filming it on our smartphones." vimeo.com/33240985
