just got back from 7s there to find an email from my wife's uncle in Germany. we're heading over to stay with them first weekend in March. the awesome bastards, they got us tickets for the wladimir Kiltschko v Mormeck fight in Dusseldorf on sunday march 3rd.

Bob, aye quite a few boxing blogger types are saying it's one of the worst heavyweight mismatches in recent history and Marmeck will get his face pummelled. it will still be good though, as long as we get to see at least 7 or 8 rounds, I'll be happy.

The Germans fucking love them though so it'll be a cracking event from that point of view. The undercard could be good. Ola Afolabi's fighting who I quite like. He destroyed Enzo Macaranelli a couple of years ago. No opponent named yet though. |
