Bunged a pork shoulder in the slow cooker over night along with some stock, garlic, cumin & hot sauce
Stuck it in the fridge this morning
Tonight I reduced the stock I'd cooked it in and warmed the pork
Served with some broad beans

Had a FIERCE chinese on Wednesday there.

The Regency on GWestern Rd. is where its at for deliveries now IMO.

Duck in Plum Saw is usually a panfried duck breast diagonally sliced, but Regency just gets a shitload ay shredded aromatic crispy duck soaking in the plum saw.

The shredded crispy chicken in a Hoy Sin saw was excellent anaw.

And they threw in a novelty bag ay mini pancake rolls.

Cail Bruaich tonight
Normally go for the steak as it's hard to beat but went for the ox cheek and heart with wild mushrooms and mash. Fucking splendid!

a chocolate pudding of some sort with ice cream to follow.

Pudding was a bit pedestrian but main was delicious. Decent red to wash it down and then a couple of classic martinis with olives, shaken not stirred.
