How do you disable Internet Explorer? The fucking thing keeps opening up! I've googled and followed a few examples but nothing seems to work...does anyone have any experience/tips? Best to just disable it. It's easy to do. I'm assuming you are using Windows 7? www.itechtalk.com/thread16137.html |

having problems with audio/video playback on a new Windows 7 laptop - sometimes when the cpu usage increases a little bit the playback freezes for a second or two and makes a stuttering sound. Anyone able to help??

Are you using VLC?
Worth checking;
up-to-date codecs & soundcard driver

Gonna check the drivers but I would have thought they would update automatically no? Someone's suggested switching the power profile to 'high performance' which ill try tonight as well... cheers for the help folks |

Wifi can cause problems with soundcards. Try a LAN cable and see if YouTube still causes issues.
