I think Chelsea were mad appointing him. Seems like they were intent on finding the "new Mourinho" rather than just hiring someone who could get on with the fucking job.
However, the decision was made and they should at least give him some time. Doesn't help that the spine of the team is old and shite now.

I think Swansea play the most pointless short passing game I've ever seen. String 20 passes together, don't actually go anywhere, and eventually concede possession. It's not attractive football, sorry.
