Got married in One Devonshire Gardens/Hotel Du Vin and the meal was fucking brilliant. One of the best I've ever had. if you're on o2 or know any cunt on it you can get 50% off your food bill there untill the end of the month. (up to tables of 8) HOW?

BALBIRS last nite. Poppadoms and spiced onions Veg. pakora with sundries. South Indian Garlic Chilli chicken. Plain naaaan 3 pts kingfisher 8/10. The main dish was just normal strength but was still fierce.

Fair point but there was too much. For such an Edinburgh "institution" I thought it would be better and when I've eaten there before it had been far superior. BALBIRS last nite. Lovely tender chicken pakora to start. 2 No. Tandoori Salmon for main, with Tarka Dhhaal (on the side) and a plain naaaann. 3 pts Kingfisher. Few more pints STAROPRAMEN in 2 figs after dinner. Nice lie in the day. 8/10.
